The client's name, site, and results are confidential under a non-disclosure agreement. “Lumen & Vale” is a project codename, not the client's real brand. This page describes what we built.
The Brief
A personal jeweler needed more than a storefront. Custom designs, repairs, and appointments each need different information, and one generic contact form loses that nuance.
The Approach
- 01Design separate multi-step wizards for each request type, branching on what the customer is actually asking for.
- 02Route each request to the right queue based on the answers, so a repair enquiry and a custom-design enquiry never land in the same inbox.
- 03Keep every wizard visually consistent with the storefront so intake never feels like a bolted-on third-party tool.
What We Built
- Multi-step form wizards built inside the Shopify theme, each with its own branching and progress indicator.
- Appointment booking with need detection based on wizard answers.
- Shared step-indicator and card components across all wizards.
