NOVA ViA needed a site that could carry a healthcare brand's credibility while staying easy for a non-technical team to update.
The Approach
- 01Structured the information architecture around how patients and partners actually search for the service, not how the org chart is organized internally.
- 02Built bespoke page templates instead of a generic page builder, so content stays consistent without constant design intervention.
- 03Treated on-page SEO as a design constraint from the start, so heading structure, internal linking, and page speed were part of the layout decisions, not an afterthought.
What We Built
- Custom WordPress theme built from a blank starting point, no page-builder plugin dependency.
- Hand-coded page templates for each content type (service pages, team, resources) so editors work inside guardrails instead of a blank canvas.
- Structured data (schema.org markup) added for services and organization info to support search visibility.
- Image compression and lazy-loading pass to keep Core Web Vitals in range on a content-heavy site.
